I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing home repairs. The company was attentive to my needs at a very difficult time. When I was ready to move forward with the repairs they made it a priority. The workmen were very professional and took great care to protect surfaces, etc. while doing the repairs. Starting from the beginning of the process working with Claudia in the office who gave me the quote and got me scheduled to Marco who was the one who came to my home and provided the service, they were great. When Marco came to my home, he was very respectful, very kind, very patient in helping me to understand the issues that I had. Where to begin?! Truly, we are over the top thrilled. After waiting patiently for our turn in the cue, it was finally our time for remediation after being displaced for 7 months and we were out of town! Well, that didnt stop Paul Davis crew from doing their absolute magic in our home despite our absence. We entered our home after being gone for a month and walked into the best smell - no smoke ! Our house was sparkly and shiny~cleaner than it had ever been. So we want to give the biggest shoutouts to Claudia, the most amazing office manager and her cohort Monica; Ray, field supervisor; Marco, the best lead in the house; and Dave and Kenny, the best cleaners. And to top it off, Marco came out to the house to meet us and confirm that Paul Davis had met expectations. Thank you is just not enough.
